Christie Bell & Marshall’s own Tina M. Bell has been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a national organization of both attorneys and judges dedicated to preserving and promoting the right to a civil trial by jury. ABOTA and its members are also committed to promoting professionalism and civility in the courtroom.
This is an organization whose membership is by invitation only. Once nominated, the potential candidate must then demonstrate significant trial experience including the completion of at least 10 civil jury trials as lead counsel and approximately 10 additional trials to verdict in a supporting or co-counsel capacity. Candidates must also demonstrate high personal character and have an honorable reputation.
Tina’s practice is confined almost exclusively to helping patients injured while receiving medical care. We are confident Tina’s passion for medical malpractice, and the civil justice system in general, will be a great asset to the Indiana ABOTA Chapter. We know she will continue to make a difference for the better in the lives of our clients and help make our community a safer place to seek medical care and treatment. Congratulations Tina!
