Chad J. Bradford is a Partner at Christie Bell & Marshall, where he focuses his practice on representing individuals in medical malpractice cases. Chad brings a unique and powerful perspective to his clients—having spent more than 20 years defending healthcare providers, he understands exactly how these cases are evaluated, defended, and resolved.
Before joining the firm, Chad represented physicians, nurses, hospitals, dentists, and other healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice claims. His experience spans all phases of litigation, including jury trials, depositions, oral arguments, and administrative licensing proceedings. He has also handled matters before the Indiana Department of Insurance and Indiana state courts, and has prepared numerous medical review panel submissions across a wide range of medical and dental specialties.
Earlier in his career, Chad served as legal counsel for a national healthcare liability insurance provider, where he was selected to serve on a national medical specialty advisory board. This background gives him valuable insight into how insurance companies and defense teams approach cases—knowledge he now uses to advocate for injured patients.
Chad has been recognized multiple times as an Indiana Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters for Personal Injury – Medical Malpractice. He has also contributed to the legal community as a speaker, including presenting the ICLEF seminar, “The New Medical Malpractice Act.”
He earned his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University Bloomington.
Outside of his practice, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife of over 20 years, Gina, and their four children, who keep the family busy with year-round sports and activities.
