Indiana Trial Lawyers Unite Against Distracted Driving

The Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA) has joined hundreds of other organizations nationwide in supporting the EndDD Campaign against distracted driving. As personal injury attorneys, we at CFCL have seen numerous lives changed forever because of the damages caused by distracted driving, and we’re proud to be allied with the ITLA in this decision.

The EndDD campaign was brought to the attention of the ITLA by one of our own, Neil Corner, Esq. Neil’s granddaughter died while texting and driving in 2011. Today, he and other ITLA members give presentations at schools and businesses to promote the end of distracted driving.

Distracted driving usually involves a cell phone, but distractions can come from elsewhere too, like applying makeup, eating, or talking hands-free. As we move into fall and the holiday season, we ask that everyone behind the wheel leave your cell phone far out of reach and stay focused on the road.

If you’d like to learn more about how you can support EndDD, visit their website for more information.
